Pin your area with a mood, as well as some tags 2. The more people who pin in your area, the larger the cluster will become! 3. Clusters will show up depending on the maps focus & the number of people in a local area; as well as how close they are. 4. Pins are real time - they expire within a few hours! (Limit one pin per 0.1mi/ per a few hours) 6. The goal is to color your local area with the moods of everyone around!
